David has 20 years experience in private development. He spent 15 years at Delfin where he was Group Operations Manager, responsible for 20 residential projects across Australia.

From 2002 to 2005 David was the Development Director of Lend Lease's $1.8B Victoria Harbour project linking the Melbourne CBD to its waterfront.

David introduced a voluntary affordable housing initiative to the Victoria Harbour project.

David is a board member of the Port Phillip Housing Association and holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Business Administration.
